Commuters Beware: Manassas Drive Closures Planned for Wednesday

A section of Manassas Park's main thoroughfare will be closed for much of the day Wednesday, city officials said Tuesday. 

Manassas Drive between Kent and Moseby Drives will be close for extended periods between 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. 

The closures will allow public works crews to make needed repairs to underground utility lines, city staff said. 

Detour signs will be posted, but city staff is asking commuters to plan for delays and seek alternative routes during the hours of closure.
