Manassas Hotels Outside Radius of 2013 Inauguration Mass Bookings

Manassas hotels are reporting vacancies just a few days before the second inauguration of President Barack Obama.

Manassas-area hotels apparently aren't completely booked this coming weekend, despite the historic 2013 inauguration in Washington, D.C.  For the most part, Manassas appears to be outside the radius around Washington, D.C. where visitors will lay their heads to rest en masse in the days leading up to Monday.  President Barack Obama's second inauguration is not expected to bring the record crowds seen during his first inauguration in 2009, and fewer people coming to town means there are deals to be had at area hotels. There are single-bed rooms available at the Days Inn Hotel on Centreville Road in Yorkshire, just over the Fairfax County line, but staff said the hotel has no double bed rooms for Saturday or Sunday night.
