Builder Prepares to Break Ground on 82 Townhouses in Manassas Park

The new homes will be built at the corner of Manassas and Andrew Drives.

Ryland Homes is preparing to break ground on an 82-unit town home development—the second such townhouse community to take shape in Manassas Park over the last several months. The new development, dubbed Belmont Reserve, will sit in front of Belmont Station, at the corner of Manassas and Andrew Drives, said Vanessa Watson, planning and zoning director for the city of Manassas Park. The rear-loading units will face Manassas Drive while the front-loading units will face Andrew Drive, according to the plans for the community.  The developer and builder will also create four new streets for the community. The lack of people running for the position of mayor is hardly an accurate measurement of resident satisfaction or willingness to influence change.
