Suspect Faces Additional Charges in Fatal Thanksgiving Day Crash
The suspect now faces three charges in connection with the crash that left a Manassas man dead on Thursday.
A Fairfax man is facing two additional charges in connection with a fatal crash in Yorkshire that left one dead on Thanksgiving. Jeffery Scott Davis Jr.,23, of Englishwood Lane is charged with driving under the influence-involuntary manslaughter and not wearing a seatbelt, Prince William County Police reports show. Police charged him with DUI shortly after the crash, police reports show. Crash investigators sought additional charges after speaking with prosecutors in the Commonwealth Attorney's Office. The suspect was served with the warrants at the Prince William County Adult Detention Center, where he's been held without bond since his arrest.
