Three Men Charged in Connection With Attempted Burglary

Three local men face charges after they apparently tried to break into a Manassas area home Sunday, Prince William County Police said. Jose Santos Ortiz, 18, of no fixed address, was charged with attempted burglary, destruction of property, obstruction of justice and possession of marijuana. Fidel Enrique Guevara, 20, of Community Drive in Manassas, was charged with attempted burglary. Andy Lewis Webster, 20, of Brookstone Court in Manassas, was charged with attempted burglary while armed, destruction of property, posession of a concealed weapon and possession of a stolen firearm.
