Real Estate Market Update for May 2012
Find out what area had a 31.53% increase month over month.
There are currently 1,203 homes actively available for sale in Prince William County. This is a slight increase over the last few months and a good thing for those serious home buyers.
Manassas City has 78 homes for sale and Manassas Park has 22 homes.
Of the 1,303 homes for sale in Prince William County, Manassas City and Manassas Par,k only 60 are marked as foreclosures, less that one half a percent of the entire inventory.

The number of short sales has decrease as well. Currently there are 131 marked as short sales or approximately 10 percent of the entire inventory.
All areas are showing an increase of average sale price month over month and a decrease of days on the market. Manassas Park had a 2.14 percent increase month over month and a 7.1 percent increase year over year. The average list price to sold price is holding strong. It is now averaging from 97.7 percent-98.83 percent up from months past.
