Manassas Park Real Estate Market Update for October

There are currently 1,486 homes for sale in Prince William County, Manassas City and Manassas Park.  While that may sound like a large number, that's an average of 441 homes selling a month—only 3.3 months of inventory.

The average sold price for Prince William County is $275,436, up 1.05 percent year-over-year. Manassas City had only a slight increase in the average sold price which is now at $201,909. Manassas Park had the largest increase of 6.24 percent with an average sold price now at $205,100.
