My neighbors and I always look forward to this event since we live around the corner. Way to go PD for having a family friendly free event. Patch , who gets credit for this event?

Hi Sherlock, I do believe the entire police force headed by NNO organizer Officer William "Quiz" Quesenberry gets the credit for organizing such a great event. I even hear there's going to be a very special guest at this event.
