Today is the first day the will have regular business hours after caused the facility to be closed for two full days.
A prolonged power outage forced officials to close the center and cancel all classes, camps and programs on Saturday and Sunday.
The fairly-new facility was built with a generator, so the center was still even while it was closed, Manassas Park city manager James "Jim" Zumwalt said.
Power was restored Monday and the center was able to open its doors at noon for classes.
Camps held at the community center will resume today.
Meanwhile, the Manassas Park Dog Park remains closed, because one of the main gates around the play yard was partially blown down by Friday's high winds.
It is not clear when the park will reopen.
