The Mini Ruckus is purposed to fight childhood obesity by keeping kids active.

It is also a precursor to the larger Ruckus D.C. obstacle race series on Sept. 28 at the Prince William County Fairgrounds. It will be the first Ruckus event held in the area and thousands of people of all ages are expected to run the obstacle courses, Sean Flanagan, senior accounts director for Ruckus DC, said.
