Two Manassas Park Residents Earn College Degrees in 2011

Three Manassas Park residents—one a college freshmen—made achievements at the university level this year.

They may not be playing in a college bowl game, but three Manassas Park residents had achievements at the college level in 2011 that are just as notable.

Audrey V. Baldwin earned a Master of Science Curriculum from the University of Scranton's College of Graduate and Continuing Education in May.

Forty-six students earned doctoral degrees in physical therapy and 700 earned master's degrees from The University of Scranton, both record numbers for the Jesuit university. The degrees were conferred at Scranton's post-baccalaureate commencement ceremony in the Byron Recreation Complex. Scranton's campus is in northeast Pennsylvania.
