The Prince William County Schools Education Foundation has received a $75,700 donation for its regional robotics program servicing students in Manassas Park, Prince William County and Manassas City.

The donation was presented on Saturday by Roger Ramsammy, provost at the Manassas Campus of Northern Virginia Community College, and Amy Harris, director of NOVA’s SySTEMic Solutions.

"Robotics competitions give students the opportunity to develop the skills to succeed in science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) fields in school and in future careers," according to a NOVA release.
