A snow emergency has been declared for Manassas Park by the city manager, James "Jim" Zumwalt.
The emergency is effective 6 p.m Tuesday to 6 a.m. Thursday, according to the snow emergency declaration released by the city manager's office Tuesday afternoon.
The emergency may be extended depending on the weather conditions.
A snow emergency means parking is restricted on the city's designated snow routes.
The emergency routes are as follows:
- Manassas Drive from Baker Street to Golf Court
- Denver Drive from Manassas Drive to Rugby Road
- Digital Drive from Manassas Drive to West Carondelet Drive
- Matthew Drive
- West Carondelet Drive
- Polk Drive from Manassas Drive to Old Centreville Road
