Law enforcement officers captured a Stafford County fugitive at his girlfriend's home in Manassas Tuesday morning, the U.S. Marshals Service announced.
Armando Uvario-Romo was wanted in Stafford County for the sexual assault of a 14-year-old, according to a Marshals Service press release. Authorities said that he was living at his girlfriend's Manassas home, even though she was aware of his criminal history.
