Two-Year Prostitution Investigation Yields 9 Arrests

One subject still wanted in conjunction with alleged brothel

Detectives from the Prince William County Police Department and agents from Homeland Security Investigations, the Federal Bureau of Investigation and Customs & Border Protection wrapped up a two-year investigation into an alleged Manassas brothel on Aug. 23 with nine arrests.

Police said the alleged brothel establishment was located in the 10000 block of Grant Avenue in Manassas. 

Prince William County Police are still looking for another person wanted in this case, Elisio Barraza Gomez, 43. Gomez, of Manassas, is described as a Hispanic male, 5-foot-7, 250 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair. Gomez is charged with maintaining a bawdy place.

Prince William County Police issued the following charges: 

  • Edwin Antonio Guevara Orellana, 28, of Manassas was charged with prostitution.
  • Tomasa Cabera de la Rosa, 43, of no fixed addres was charged with prostitution. 
  • Sergio Librado Barraza Gomez, 37, of no fixed address was charged with aiding in prostitution. 
  • Jose De Jesus Sierra Vasquez, 23, of no fixed address was charged with aiding in prostitution and possession with intent to distribute marijuana.
  • Alfredo Juarez Ramirez, 30, of Manassas was charged with frequenting a bawdy place. 
  • Erika Ramirez-Salinas, 22, of Charlotte, N.C. was charged with frequenting a bawdy place. 
  • Monica Lucas Felipe, 28, of Manassas was charged with frequenting a bawdy place. 
  • Juan Manuel Ramirez Barbosa Luca Felipe, 28, of Manassas was charged with frequenting a bawdy place. 
  • Fredis Del-Cid, 45, of Manasas was charged with frequenting a bawdy place.
