Suspect Wanted in Kristy Drive Robbery

Manassas Park Police responded to a robbery in progress on Kristy Drive on Thursday afternoon.

Police are searching for a suspect in connection with an armed robbery at a home in Manassas Park on Thursday afternoon. 

It was just before 3 p.m. when officers responded to reports of a robbery in progress on Kristy Drive, Manassas Park Police Chief John Evans said.

The caller said a black man with a gun forced his way inside the house and stole several items before fleeing the scene.

Officers searched for the suspect but were unable to locate the man.

Police put out a Be on the Lookout for the suspect, who was last seen wearing a black shirt and camouflage pants.

Four other robberies took place on Thursday, police said. Police are unsure yet if the robberies are connected.
