Police are searching for a missing Remington shotgun taken from a vehicle parked on Burnside Court in Manassas Park.
The victim told police his gun disappeared sometime between 4 p.m. on Dec. 14 and Saturday at 2 p.m., Manassas Park Police reports show.
The victim said after he returned home from hunting, he left his gun in a brown camouflage underneath a pile of hunting clothes, according to police reports.
The victim doesn't remember locking the car door, police said.
The gun is valued at $224.
