Police: Thief, Victim Met on Craigslist
A victim told police a person he met on Craigslist stole his iPhone.
A man selling an iPhone met a potential buyer in the parking lot of a Manassas Park shopping mall, only to have the person steal it from him, Manassas Park Police reports show.
It happened Friday just after 5 p.m. in the parking lot of the Andrew Drive shopping center where police said the two agreed to meet.
While the suspect was holding the phone and negotiating, he took off running, police said.
