Police: Driver Bit Woman, Dragged Her With Car

Angel Estuardo Maschorro-Giron, of the Manassas area, is wanted for malicious wounding.

A Manassas area man bit a female acquaintance during an argument, assaulted her, then drove away as she was still holding on to the vehicle, Prince William County Police said. 

Angel Estuardo Maschorro-Giron, 22, of Lomond Drive, is wanted for malicious wounding.

On May 27 at 4:01 a.m., police responded to the 9700 block of Lomond Dr in Manassas, where a 26-year-old woman reported an assault. She told police that she and Maschorro-Giron, who is an acquaintance, were driving to a residence in the area when they started to argue.

"The argument escalated and the accused bit the victim multiple times. Once at the residence, the accused continued to assault the victim," Officer Jonathan Perok, a spokesman for the department, said in a press release.

After the assault, the Maschorro-Giron got back into his car. The victim approached the vehicle and asked him to take her back to her home, Perok said.

"At this point, the accused put the vehicle in reverse with the victim still holding on. The victim was dragged several feet before she let go," Perok said. 

The victim sustained non-life threatening injuries. Maschorro-Giron is described as a Hispanic male, 5’8”, 160 pounds, with a medium build, short black hair and brown eyes.
