Men Accused of Selling Marijuana at Red Roof Inn

Officers found marijuana and a handgun at the inn, according to Prince William County Police.

Two men were charged after officers found evidence they were allegedly selling marijuana out of a room in the Red Roof Inn, Prince William County Police said. 

Farruwkh Smith, 27, of no fixed address, is charged with possession with intent to distribute marijuana and providing a false identity to police. Malik El Bey, 26, of Fairwood Drive in Culpepper, is charged with possession with intent to distribute marijuana and possession of a firearm with narcotics. 

Detectives from the Street Crimes Unit executed a search warrant on July 22 at the inn on Automotive Drive in the Manassas area. Police found marijuana and a handgun, according to spokesman Officer Jonathan Perok.

Information about court dates and bond for Bey and Smith was not immediately available.
