Manassas Park Woman Charged After Narcotics Task Force Investigation

Desiree Lewis, of Manassas Park, is charged with distribution of a schedule I or II narcotic.

A local woman was charged after the Prince William-Manassas-Manassas Park Narcotics Task Force found evidence that she was distributing prescription medication, Prince William County Police said. 

Desiree Lewis, 56, of Manassas Drive in Manassas Park is charged with distribution of a schedule I or II narcotic. 

Police said that the task force executed a search warrant at Lewis' home on March 5, and found evidence of distribution, along with cash and prescription medication. They arrested Lewis without incident. Her court date is set for May 23.

Police did not release information about the arrest until recently because their investigation was ongoing.
