Manassas Park Police Seek Suspect in 7-11 Attempted Robbery

Police are looking for the woman who walked into a 7-11 on Centreville Road brandishing a gun and demanding money.

Police are looking for the woman who walked into a 7-11 on Centreville Road  brandishing a gun and demanding money.

It happened Dec. 29 at 11:09 p.m. when a woman walked into the convenience store, showed the clerk a gun and demanded money, Manassas Park Police reports show.

The suspect saw a customer drive up to the store and ran before she could take anything, police said.

The suspect is described as a white woman between 5 feet 3 inches and 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighing 150 to 160 pounds.

She was last seen wearing dark glasses, a hooded sweatshirt and jeans.

Anyone with any information is asked to call Manassas Park Police Detective Millerat 703-335-2243 or, the 24-hour Manassas Park Crime Solvers' tip line at 703-330-0330. Callers need not reveal their identities.

Crimes solvers will pay up to $1,000 for information leading to an arrest in this case.
