Manassas Park Man Charged With Rape
A 43-year-old Manassas Park man is accused of raping a 15-year-old.
A police officer patrolling near a fitness center in the Wellington area of Manassas found a 43-year-old man having sex with a 15-year-old, Manassas Police reports show.
It happened Saturday at 8:30 p.m. in the back parking lot of Fitness 19 on Dumfries Road when the officer noticed two people inside a vehicle. He later discovered they were having sex, according to police reports.
Victor H. Gonzalez, 43, of 9258 Matthew Drive was arrested and is charged with rape and inimate object sexual penetration.

He remains in custody at the Prince William County Adult Detention Cener without bond.
