An early morning fire that broke out on Friday caused $10,000 in damages and left one person without a place to live, Prince William County Fire and Rescue reports show.
It was around 4 a.m. when fire and rescue units responded to a fire inside a home on the 9500 block of Bonair Drive in the Manassas area of Prince William County.
Firefighters found the fire inside the kitchen and immediately extinguished it and managed to contain it to that room.
No one was injured in the blaze, but the Red Cross was dispatched to the scene to aid the displaced adult.
The cause of the fire remains under investigation by the county fire marshal's office.
