Crime Brief: 7-Year-Old Girl Reports Rape by 14-Year-Old Boy
The teenager is charged with rape and sodomy.
A 7-year-old Manassas area girl reported that she was raped by a 14-year-old male acquaintance, Prince William County Police said.
The girl reported on Friday at 3:36 p.m. that the teen had raped her. Police arrested the suspect without incident on the following day. He is charged with rape and sodomy. Due to the suspect's age, his name was not released.
The teenager is held on a secure detention order.
