Copper Piping Stolen From Manassas Park Home

Police are trying to determine who stole 12 feet of copper piping from the gas line of a Manassas Park home.

 Police are trying to determine who stole 12 feet of copper piping from the gas line of a Manassas Park home.

The crime was discovered Monday after Manassas Park firefighters responded to reports of a gas leak at a home on the 100 block of Walden Drive. 

The owner later told police no one had lived in the home for three months.

Neighbors told investigators they had not seen anything suspicious and that realtors were the only people who had been around the home.

Anyone with information about this crime is asked to call police.
