Evan James Polk, of Truckee, CA, was charged with three counts of possession with intent to distribute marijuana.

A California man flew out to Prince William County to sell marijuana, only to be arrested after authorities conducted a sting, Prince William County Police said Tuesday.

Evan James Polk, 28, of Jeffrey Pine Road in Truckee, CA, was charged with three counts of possession with intent to distribute marijuana.
