Wow 3 thefts in less than two weeks. MP is getting unsafe by the day. Time to pack the family up and move to where I know my family will be safe. MP is going down hill fast!!

Hey Shawn,
I hope you'll give MP a chance. It's really not bad at all-trust me I see the crime reports from other jurisdictions each day and MP has got it pretty good. In the above incident, the victim left the car door open ... so maybe being a little proactive could have helped in this situation? Every city, town, county, zip code area has its problems.

Crime in MP has actually decreased significantly since 2006. Even so, they average over 3 thefts a week...but those can range from a candy bar to computer. I wouldn't based your perceived level of safety on a few reports through the media. Its better to look at the actual data.
