Are you or someone you know in need of home repairs but can’t afford the material and labor costs? If so, Habitat for Humanity may be able to give you a hand up.

Habitat for Humanity partners with low-income homeowners who live in Prince William County, Manassas and Manassas Park to make exterior and interior home repairs that alleviate critical health, life and safety issues or housing code violations. Habitat’s home repair programs include Critical Home Repair, Home Preservation and Weatherization.

Home Preservation: Exterior home repairs such as painting, siding, gutters, etc., and minor interior repairs such as faucets, stair railings, etc.

Critical Home Repairs: Repairs to major systems of the home, such as roofs, windows, heating and air conditioning, water damage, and/or safety and accessibility modifications.

Critical Home Repairs for Veterans: Repairs to major systems of the home, such as roofs, windows, heating and air conditioning, water damage, and/or safety and accessibility modifications when a veteran lives in the home.

Weatherization: Repairs to increase the energy efficiency of the home, such as attic insulation, caulking, air sealing, energy efficient appliances, etc.
