Winter Storm 2013: Manassas Park Forecast, Snowfall, Closings, Radar, More

Latest: Manassas Park City Schools are closed Wednesday due to the winter storm that began moving through the area overnight. Another 6 to 12 inches is expected to fall throughout the day today, according to the National Weather Service.

Emergency: A snow emergency has been declared for Manassas Park by the city manager, Jim Zumwalt. A snow emergency means parking is restricted on the city's designated snow routes.

Snowfall: The NWS forecast Tuesday morning called for 6-12 inches of snow for Manassas Park.

Flying: Travelers should plan for flight delays. Weather in and around Chicago is affecting flights from Reagan, Dulles and BWI airports. Specifically, the Federal Aviation Administration is reporting delays at Chicago's O'Hare and Midway airports, Milwaukee and Minneapolis-St. Paul.
