Add "Peruvian" to the roster of of multicultural restaurants stationed along Sudley Road in the Manassas area of Prince William County.
Charcoal Rotisserie Chicken opened June 29 in the Sudley Manor Shopping Center and boasts Peruvian chicken prepared in a charcoal oven as its hallmark dish. The restaurant also serves submarine sandwiches and wraps.

In just a matter of months, the Sudley Road corridor has been the scene of several store openings and closings.
While big-box retailers Target and Kmart have shuttered stores in the area,
other businesses such as Food Lion are returning to the busy roadway that connects Old Town Manassas to Interstate 66.
