Yappie Fundraiser Benefits Both Dogs and Dog Park

Yappie Pet Cuttery hosts rabies and micro chipping clinic this week.

Yappie Pet Cuttery has teamed up with the Manassas Park Department of Parks and Recreation to host a rabies and micro chipping clinic this week.

The purpose of the event is twofold: Not only will dogs be kept safe from contracting rabies and getting lost, but the  new Manassas Park Dog Park will receive a portion of the proceeds from the event.

The dog park opened earlier this year and is located right behind the Manassas Park Community Center at 99 Adams St.

The Rabies examinations, shots and certificates are only $25.  Installing the microchip on the pet is also $25 and it cost just $17 more to get the chip registered.

All dogs must be properly restrained when they come into Yappie Cuttery for services.
