Police Release Photos of Pickpocket Suspects

Police said two men pick the pockets of a 77-year-old man at 7-Eleven on May 8.

Police released surveillance photos of the two men they say

It happened on May 8 at the 7-Eleven at 8521 Centreville Rd. when one of the suspects said he was 90 cents short on his purchase and asked for the money to make up the difference, Manassas Park Police reports show.

The victim went out to his car to get the money and realized his wallet was missing when he came back inside.

The victim later told police he remembered feeling something brush his pants pocket, but didn't think anything of it at the time.

The two suspects ran away before the victim could return with the change.

Police obtained the surveillence video from the store and use it to make photgraphs of the suspects.

The Manassas Park Crime Solvers will pay a cash reward up to $1000 for information that leads to an arrest in this case.
