Cornucopia Arts and Crafts Event is Saturday in Manassas Park

Arts and crafts as well as food vendors will be at the annual Cornucopia.

The Cornucopia, Manassas Park's annual arts, crafts and food festival, is planned for Saturday at the city's community center.

A cornucopia symbolizes the beauty of autumn and the meaningfulness of Thanksgiving, making it a fitting name for the city's fall arts and crafts fair, said Jennifer Deuterman, marketing manager for the department of parks and recreation.

Many people in the community have great talents and cornucopia is way to showcase them, she added.
