Video Tutorial: How to Post Your Own Announcements on Patch

Got something you want everybody in town to know about?

Did you know Patch is interactive and user friendly, allowing site visitors to not only read local news, but share their own?

That's right, you can post your own announcements by clicking here or clicking the news tab on our home page, then selecting "announcements" from the drop down menu.  After that, just follow the directions. It's super simple. 

You can share anything!

Now, this doesn't mean announcing that your child can rub his stomach and pat his head at the same time. 

But you could announce a child's milestones like birth, a birthday, wedding or graduation.

Once your announcement is posted, you can share the announcement with your friends and family by using the sharing tools located above the announcement  You can Tweet it, email it, post it to Facebook and follow any comments posted on the announcement.
