Annual VRE Santa Train

Pack up the family and come out to the train station for the chance to meet Santa and Mrs. Claus. Santa will be bringing some helpers with him to hand out candy canes and coloring books, and local high school choral groups will be there to sing alongside other festivities.

This event is created to not only have fun and get people in the holiday spirit, but also to educate people on rail safety.  The event will also feature the Marine Corps Toys for Tots, so participants are encouraged to bring a toy to the Santa Train to donate to someone less fortunate in the Virginia area.
