Learn how to bake like the best of them this Tuesday and Wednesday night in The Aubergine Chef class at the Manassas Park Community Center.
Each night from 7 to 9 p.m., learn the basics of making one seasonal pie and one puff pastry from scratch. Students will also learn how to make palmiers, apple turnovers and sacristans.
The class is $90 for each student.
