I am back for another summer of movies. I have to say, this summer looks be just as good as last summer. I am a little late but I have to say, this year started with a bang. Disney and Marvel's "The Avengers" hit the theatres in a Hulk like fashion. Out of the gate with domestic sales of $200 million. Shattering almost every box office record. The movie is on pace to set a world wide ticket sale of over a billion.
First off, the movie is amazing. I have not heard from anyone who has not liked it. If you have not seen it, do yourself a favor and get out to the movie. I had all of the starts from Marvel's recent releases in the last five years and unlike most movies of this magnitude, they did not disappoint. I have seen the movie twice and may see it a third time. There were a large number of suprise comedic seens to lighten the mood. Marvel has three more movies planned to follow this same story line in 2013. Word is, we have about 13 more in total to go. This may end up being the highest selling franchise in film history.
You will notice I have not told you much about what happend in the movie, you have to see for yourself.
