Police officers are investigating a report of an indecent exposure that occurred around 1 p.m. Monday in Manassas.

The victim, a 17-year-old female, said the suspect was walking on the dirt path located behind a property on the 9700 block of Wellington Road when he exposed himself to her.

Officers conducted a search for the suspect but were unsuccessful.

The suspect is described as a white male, 17 to 20-years-old, who was wearing khaki shorts and a black t-shirt at the time of the incident.

This is an ongoing investigation. Anyone with information should call Manassas City Crime Solvers' 24-hour confidential tip line at (703) 330-0330. A reward up to $1,000 is being offered for information that leads to an arrest.
