Left to right: Andy Webster, Jose Ortiz and Fidel Guevara were charged in connection with an attempted burglary in a Manassas area home. Ortiz, 18, was charged with attempted burglary, destruction of property, obstruction of justice and possession of marijuana. Guevara, 20, was charged with attempted burglary. Webster, 20, was charged with attempted burglary while armed, destruction of property, posession of a concealed weapon and possession of a stolen firearm.
