Manassas Park Property Taxes Due Friday
Treasurer urges residents to pay sooner rather than later.
Property taxes in Manassas Park are due Friday, but Manassas Park Treasurer Winnie O'Neal suggests heading down to city hall at least a day earlier to avoid long lines and other delays.
For people who pay in person at the treasurer's office, O'Neal asks that they bring all the appropriate paperwork.
"The longer people wait, the longer the lines will be if paying in person. Also, it is helpful if they bring the bill with them—it will expedite the process and keep the lines moving," she said.
Property taxes can also be paid online at on the Manassas Park City website.
Have your tax bill and an email address ready when paying online, city officials said.

Residents who think they have a high-mileage vehicle must submit third-party documentation that shows the mileage as of Jan. 1. An example of such documentation is a state inspection receipt or service center repair receipt.
This documentation needs to be legible in order for office to accept it and must be received by the Manassas Park Commissioner of the Revenue by Feb 15 each year. It must be filed every year for this deduction.
