The Manassas Park Community Center will remain closed on Monday because of the ongoing power outage at the facility.

All classes, camps and programs scheduled for Monday at the facility are cancelled.

The center was also closed for activities on Saturday and Sunday, but remained open as a cooling center for residents seeking shelter from the heat.

The center will reopen when the power is restored.

The Manassas Park Dog Park, located just behind the community center is also closed, as one of the main gates around the play yard was partially blown down by Friday's high winds.

It is not clear when the park will reopen.
