Summers not over yet. At least not in Old Town Manassas where they will be serving up a summertime staple along with its cold companion at the second annual Bands, Brews and Barbecue Festival.

The party gets going and music starts playing by the likes of The Jones and Harlen Simple at noon today and doesn't stop until 7 p.m.

Taster Tickets are $25 at the gate and include a Band Brews and Barbecue Tasting glass, barbecue sampling tickets and five beer sampling tickets.

If you purchased your ticket in advance, don’t forget to bring along your PayPal confirmation.

The festival will be along Main and Battle Streets from Center Street to railroad tracks, so park your buggy in the commuter lot or on one of the side streets in Old Town.
