The Prince William Area Agency on Aging is working with a war veteran who is having knee replacement and can't drive. He needs transportation to the VA Medical Hospital in Washington, D.C. His insurance will cover any driver the owner designates. This vet is willing to pay someone to be his “chauffeur” and will negotiate a rate.  Driver will also need to provide wheelchair assistance.
